At DFW Motel Supply & Textiles Inc., we take pride in providing dependable, commercial-grade products to the hospitality industry. Due to the nature of our business and sanitation standards, all sales are final, except in limited circumstances where goods arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — and are properly documented at the time of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, replacement, or credit, the following steps are required at the time of delivery:
Note all damage or shortages on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.
Send a copy of the signed and annotated delivery document to:

Include clear photos of both the damaged product and its packaging.
⚠️ Claims submitted after delivery or without proper documentation and supporting photos will not be accepted.
If a return is approved:
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and not credited.
We do not accept returns on the following:
Opened, used, or installed items
Custom-made or special-order products
Drop ship items
Hazardous materials (e.g., cleaning chemicals)
Items shipped outside the continental United States
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Orders that are refused at the time of delivery or canceled after processing are subject to:
A 25% restocking fee
Return freight charges, billed to the customer
Some items may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. If applicable, we will provide the manufacturer’s contact details. Warranty claims must typically be filed directly with the manufacturer.
