Shipping Policy

At DFW Motel Supply & Textiles Inc., we are committed to delivering your hospitality products safely and on time. Please follow the instructions below when receiving your shipment to ensure proper handling of any issues.


General Shipping Terms

  • Shipping charges shown at checkout or in quotes are estimates only. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, fuel surcharges, and delivery location.

  • Orders may be shipped via freight (LTL), FedEx, or other parcel carriers depending on size and destination.

  • We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping method based on your order and location.


Freight Shipments (Pallet/LTL Deliveries)

For all pallet or freight deliveries:

  • You must inspect the shipment at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt or bill of lading.

  • If any cartons or items are damaged, missing, or appear compromised:

    • The issue must be clearly noted on the delivery slip

    • A copy of the signed delivery receipt with notes must be kept

    • You must contact us at the time of delivery by calling or emailing:

    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging are required

⚠️ Claims will only be reviewed if damage or shortages are noted on the delivery documents and reported at the time of delivery. Claims submitted afterward or without proper documentation and photos may not be accepted.

  • Please retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.


FedEx / Small Parcel Shipments

For FedEx or other small parcel deliveries:

  • Signature is typically not required unless arranged in advance.

  • If a package appears damaged or tampered with, take photos before opening and contact us immediately at the time of delivery.

  • Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include photos of the packaging and product.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Freight transit times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on destination.

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.


Additional Charges

Additional delivery charges may apply for:

  • Liftgate service (if there is no dock or forklift at the delivery site)

  • Residential or limited-access locations

  • Missed appointments or delivery refusals

  • Storage or redelivery fees


Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses without prior approval. Please contact us before placing an order for these destinations.
