Customers are responsible for inspecting all deliveries at the time of delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be noted on the carrier’s delivery documents (e.g., Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt) at the time of receipt. A copy of the annotated document must be sent to us via email at Sales@dfwmotelsupply.com or faxed to our office immediately.

Claims submitted without proper documentation or not recorded at the time of delivery will not be honored. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain all original packaging for inspection until the claim is resolved.
